Before you start this online enrolment form, you will need the following information/items

- Image/file of Government issued photo ID (i.e. Driver’s License or Passport) to upload
- Depending on the program you are enrolling on, a copy of a recent CV.
- Details for invoice if employer/organisation is paying course fee
